Where Do We Ship

Red Pepper Mall (RPM) is an Online Shopping site dedicated to Caribbean products we ship WORLDWIDE to the Unites States, Europe, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Your orders are shipped by mail or courier, fresh from the Caribbean and delivered directly to your office or home.

Can I track my Shipments

Tracking numbers are automatically email to you once the orders have been collected by our Courier. Thanks again for choosing to shop with us we value your business.

How long will it take

We keep track of your order from the moment you place it until it reaches you. We have several shipping methods available and depending on the method you select we estimate a delivery time of 5 – 14 days from the date you place your order, this includes processing time and shipment from Jamaica.

My Order is Late what shall I do

If you shipment is delayed please do not panic it's most likely slow in clearing customs. Once it clears customs you will recieve your tracking number then you will know its one its way. Please do not file a dispute if you are anxious as we are happy to provide you with a refund if you ask us before a tracking number has been issued.

How are my shipping cost determined

Shipping cost are calculated solely based on the weight of all our items and your destination address. You shipping cost will be displayed to you before final payment during checkout.

Customs

WHOLESALE ITEMS ONLY (large quantities of the same product) will ship directly to you from the country of origin by air postal mail or sea. They will pass through customs and on the rare occasion customs may delay it for inspection.

Certain countries may restrict some products, particularly food items, although Red Pepper Mall will make every effort to determine this and list it in the items’ description, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of these restrictions. Customers whose orders are returned to us based on import restrictions will be given a refund less shipping costs.

Will I be Charged Duty

Duty is rarely charged on items purchased for your personal use or sent as gifts to others. Wholesale orders of the same product for commercial use are likely to incur duty. Please be aware that should duty be levied on any item, it is the customer’s liability.
